Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. For orders to Australia, South Korea, the Philippines and Singapore, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Please order by November 10 for the best chance of delivery before December 25. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, and the holiday rush can add up to 10 days. If you need a gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

How do I choose a piece?

Check the material, length or size, and any options shown in each listing. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

What are the pieces made of?

Each listing names the materials, such as stainless steel or a gold-plated finish. Plated jewelry can wear over time, so we suggest removing it before swimming, showering or exercise.

How should I look after my jewelry?

Keep it away from perfume, lotions and chlorine, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and store it dry and separate from other pieces.

How long does delivery take?

Most pieces are sent from our suppliers' overseas warehouses. Delivery typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks after your order, depending on the item and destination.

What if my item arrives damaged or never arrives?

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund for damaged, faulty or wrong items, with no need to send them back. If your order is lost in transit, we'll reship or refund it. See Returns & Refunds.
