Shipping policy

Free US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. Shipping options and any charges for other destinations are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery times
Most of our pieces are sent from our suppliers' overseas warehouses. Delivery typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the order date, depending on the item and destination, and some orders may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

Christmas delivery
For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please order by November 10. The holiday rush can add up to 10 days to delivery times.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details where the shipping method supports it. Tracking may take several days to show updates.

Customs and import charges
Customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees may apply to some destinations. Unless checkout states otherwise, these are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages
If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, we'll reship or refund it.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
