Free US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. For orders to Australia, South Korea, the Philippines and Singapore, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Christmas delivery
For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please order by November 10. The holiday rush can add up to 10 days to delivery times. Orders placed later may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it. Need a gift by a specific date? Contact us before ordering.
Processing and delivery
Most of our pieces are sent from our suppliers' overseas warehouses. Delivery typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the order date, depending on the item and destination, and some orders may take longer. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking and delivery questions
Tracking details are shared when available for your shipment. Carrier updates may take time to appear. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, we'll reship or refund your order.
International deliveries
Customs, import taxes and carrier handling fees may apply. Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and may be collected by local authorities or delivery providers.
